Special Requirements and Information:
Pocilloporas
are a very easy coral to raise and care for,
however they can be delicate in poor water
conditions.. The do not require a tremendous
amount of light Begin away from your light source
until they've acclimated and then move them to
where you want..
Feed zooplankton as a primary food source. Once they're
accustomed to your tank, they can be introduced
to frozen foods such as chopped blood worms,
artemia or squid. Just remember that your coral
will only accept food that's small enough for
them to use. Consider feeding them directly with a turkey
baster directly over the polyp areas. Make sure
that you have other livestock in your tank to
clean up any excess.
Susceptible to aggressive fish or corals.
