Pacific Aqua Farms Ordering Policies
If you have not yet done so, please contact our sales staff to set-up an account and place
your first order. If you already have an account, feel free to log into your account using the
“Merchant Access” link on the upper right hand corner of the website.

 

In general, we prefer to receive orders before 3:00 p.m. PST for same-day shipment, but we will do our best to fill any order we can. While we prefer orders to be sent by e-mail or fax so that everyone has a hard copy, salespeople are available to take orders over the phone at 310.215.3474. Keep in mind that we have a $350.00 minimum order amount for shipped orders and a $100.00 minimum for walk-ins.

Please keep in mind that if the ordered size becomes unavailable, it may be necessary for us to substitute one size up or down during the packing of your order. Also please remember to inform your salesperson of your preferences of what to use as box filler in the event we need to fill a bit of space in the last box of the order.

If you have any questions at all, please call. Our salespeople are available and are happy to answer husbandry questions or store-specific questions. They are also quite knowledgeable when it comes to general retail help, and they can and will spend as much time with you as you need in order to feel comfortable with every aspect of the purchasing process.
