Pacific Aqua Farms Shipping Policies

We prefer same-day shipping orders to be to us by 3 p.m. PST. We realize, however, that this is not always possible, so we always do our best to be flexible.

Because we are the smallest wholesaler on 104th Street, we generally can react faster to individual customer needs, and our salespeople will happily take rush orders. In terms of same day shipment, we are only limited by the airline schedule, and our salespeople act on a case-by-case basis with the airlines to get you the fastest transit time possible.

All of our orders are packed in Styrofoam with an outer cardboard box for all shipped orders. We use heat and ice packs as needed in order to do all we can to keep the shipping water temperature within acceptable limits. While we try to plan all shipments so that they reach you within 24 hours, we pack our boxes for 48-hour transit time. We do have a box charge for ship-out customers of $6.00 per regular box and $10.00 per large box. There is no box charge for walk-in customers.

Regular shipping days for PAF are Sunday through Friday for arrival Monday through Saturday (although Sunday and Friday shipping is somewhat limited). Friday shipments are shipped between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. PST and require that the destination airport is open for operations on Saturday. Sunday shipments are limited to availability and can be arranged with PAF salespeople directly. Sunday is a high demand day for ship out; we can generally accommodate requests, but the arrangement does need to be made in advance with a salesperson. Sunday is generally the only day that is difficult to order and ship out on the same day.
